I see so many new filings for housing in Carmel. How is this a benefit to Carmel?

Carmel is one of the best cities in America to live, work and play and there is no question people want to come here and live. But it is a fair question to ask: Does this desire for new homes, apartments, condos and townhomes really good for our City?

We feel it is good for the City to have choices in living arrangements. From the young up-and-comers who are seeking to make their mark in the world; to the slightly more mature who are seeking a place to plant their roots and raise a family; to the seasoned citizens looking to downsize and live out their lives in a vibrant community – we want to satisfy all of their needs.

Diversity in housing is key to the success of any city these days, especially as so many of our most productive professionals are working remotely from the comfort of their homes.
